Favorite Quote: “Do your work, then step back. The only path to serenity.” -Lao Tzu

Education: 1994 graduate of White River School of Massage. I have over 20 years of accumulated continuing education ranging from deep tissue to lymphatic drainage. Much of my
continuing education was focused on deeply relaxing energetic modalities.

Therapy Provided: general relaxation, deep tissue-needs specific, pregnancy, sports massage, lymphatic drainage,  geriatric, oncology, reiki and aroma-touch

What I enjoy most about bodywork: I love helping people feel better! It is very satisfying to
offer my clients the opportunity to slow down, get quiet and take time to ground in their bodies
through massage.

Hours: Fridays 3:00-8:00pm and Sundays 12:00pm to 6:00pm

More about me: When I was in college majoring in Community Health Education, I began receiving massage regularly and soon my muscle aches and pains cleared up and I had a great attitude. That was my turning point. It occurred to me that because the results of a massage were immediate and positive, I could help my community’s health one happy relaxed person at a time.  I enrolled in massage school and I’ve never looked back!

I am originally from Minnesota. I practiced massage therapy in Ely and then moved to Arkansas.  My husband and I are now happy to be settled in Duluth near our daughter and her family. We love the northland with all its natural beauty and we take every opportunity to be outside enjoying it.
