Education: LSC massage therapy program graduate with honors 2020. Licensed through the Massage and Bodywork National Examination (MBLEX).  

Therapies provided: General therapeutic, Deep tissue, Pregnancy, Oncology, and Geriatric.

What I enjoy most about bodywork: I love helping others feel better. If I can give someone the gift of pain relief through massage or a comforting space to take time for a clients self care, I have reached my ultimate goal.

My massage style: My massage style changes according to each individual’s specific needs. By offering techniques that I have acquired through my initial massage program as well as many other healing modalities in continuing education.  I am confident that my skills and combined techniques will be beneficial to each client.

Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 3-9pm and every fourth weekend; Saturday 9:30-4:00 and Sunday 12:00-6:00pm

More about me: I have lived in northern Minnesota for most of my life. I love being outdoors and practicing yoga. My husband and I were married in 2022, we have four children between us and love spending time together as often as we can. I am a forever student and have a thirst for knowledge. I continue to pursue training across a variety of disciplines, as I strive to become a comprehensive holistic health practitioner.  I love being able to assist my clients in reaching their health and wellness goals.
