Education: 600 hours at Minnesota School of Cosmetology - Woodbury Campus

Therapies Provided: Deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point, sports, foot reflexology, Prenatal, geriatric, two hour sessions.

What I Enjoy Most About Bodywork:  I love being able to help people find relief from everyday stress. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know I’ve made a positive impact on people’s lives!

Massage Style:  I like to go with what feels right for each person in the moment. Every session is a little different because everyone’s needs are different. What stays the same is my focus on creating a safe, comfortable space where you can really relax and feel supported!

Hours:  Monday 8am - 2:30pm, Tuesday and Friday 3pm - 9pm, every other Sunday 12pm-6pm 

More About Me:  I’m originally from Illinois and moved to Minnesota in high school. After years of moving around, I’m excited to make Duluth my permanent home! I love spending time outdoors, going on walks, and being with family and friends. You can usually find me with my dogs
