Education: The Marquette School of Therapeutic Massage, BS in Physical Education with minors in Health, Nutrition, and Fitness at Northern Michigan University.
Therapies Provided: Swedish, Relaxation, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sport, Trigger Point, Pressure Point, Prenatal.
What I enjoy most about bodywork: I enjoy being able to help people feel good/better thru massage therapy. Whether that means reducing day to day stress and tension, or chronic pain, I just want to improve my clients overall quality of life.
My massage style: Although I am able to tailor any massage session to the specific needs of my client, my massage style tends to lean towards a more heavy handed, thorough, therapeutic massage. I use an intentional, flowing mixture of hand, forearm, and elbow work. I incorporate a combination of broad sustained compression, and precise trigger/pressure point work. My clients often come away from a session feeling relaxed, yet energized!
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00 -9:00 pm and every other Sunday 12:00 - 6:00 pm
More about me: I am originally from Marquette Michigan and I have been a massage therapist for fifteen years. I like to stay physically active; that could be anything from mountain biking, to hiking, weight training, running, walking the lake walk, or just throwing around a frisbee. I also enjoy to cooking and exploring new restaurants. I love movies, either at the theater or at home. I have an amazing wife/adventure partner! We have a feisty, yet adorably lovable grey tabby cat name Molly, who we affectionately call “Maul”. I’m a very open and personable guy, and I try to live my life to the fullest, and as authentically as possible!
